My name is Catarina Danielle Phillips.
I was born on May 12, 1994.
I'm 23 years old. I live with my boyfriend R.J.
I met him after Katherine was born.
Originally, I planned on parenting, but I wanted so much
more for my daughter..through my ex boyfriend who was my support system through placing I found Katherine's wonderful parents.
She was born on September 18,2014.
I wanted her to have a family who was whole.
I wanted her to never watch her mother struggle.
We have an open adoption, and I am so thankful for her wonderful family. I love them so much. I feel as if I gained a family as well. While, being a Birthmom is part who I am, it does not define who I am. Start, from the beginning of my blog to read my story all the way. I'm writing this for myself, as well as for my birth daughter. She can read her story from the start, and read my story after placement someday.
